Interos'seus quartus of Winslow. An internal interosseous muscle which arises from the outside of the metacarpal bone of the ring-finger, and is inserted into the outside of the tendon on the back of the ring-finger. Its use is to draw the ring-finger outwards.

- An inorganic water-soluble platinum complex. After undergoing hydrolysis, it reacts DNA produce both intra interstrand crosslinks. These crosslinks appear to impair replication and transcription of DNA. The cytotoxicity cisplatin correlates with cellular arrest in G2 phase cell cycle.
