Same etymon; Balnea'rius, Balinea'tor, Balnea'tor, (F.) Baigneur. One who bathes. Anciently, the name was given to those that administered baths to the diseased,-the etuvistes of the French. At the present day, in remote districts in Germany, the country people call their medical practitioners Bader or 'bathmen,' and Feldscheeren or 'army barbers.'
